Our Story

2022: The Beginning

For two years, we lived and breathed affirmations, vision boards, journaling, and daily routines—experiencing firsthand how they could create awe-inspiring change. During this time, we were regulars in self-improvement, discipline, and manifestation communities and saw people asking the same questions we had once asked. So, we started writing. What began as a few long-form notes turned into a structured daily email sequence, designed to give people real, practical guidance—one step at a time. That small project sparked something bigger: the idea that would one day become Affirmations Flow.

2023: Baby Steps to Community

As our email subscribers grew, so did the conversations. People started reaching out with follow-up questions, sharing their struggles, and looking for deeper guidance. We weren’t doing this full-time, but the thought lingered—how could we help more?

Then, one day, an idea clicked. Something simple yet effective, something we could create within our schedule and skill set. Over the course of a long weekend, we built our first product: the Affirmations Flow Chrome extension—a minimal yet powerful tool that let users save their affirmations and shuffle-play them on new browser tabs. The goal? To keep their focus anchored to their dreams instead of getting lost in distractions like social media and mindless scrolling.

Over the following months, we refined the extension, adding features based on user feedback. Toward the end of the year, we took another step—launching a Discord community to bring together dreamers who were ready for change but needed support to stay on track. What started with just a handful of people has now grown into a thriving space with hundreds of members, all working toward their goals together.

2024: Epiphany & The App

By 2024, we had interacted with hundreds of people eager to turn their lives around. We couldn’t ignore the need for something more structured and effective. So, we made the leap—committing full-time to conceptualizing, designing, and building the Affirmations Flow web app. What started as a simple idea quickly grew in scope, and before we knew it, we were burning the midnight oil for months to bring it to life. Now, we’re looking forward to connecting with dreamers from all over the world and helping them succeed. Come join the revolution.
